Alnwick Castle is certainly a stunning venue and well worth the long drive for me from Northamptonshire. Weddings take place in a private building next door to the castle and have full use of an outdoor courtyard area.  Last time I photographed a wedding at Alnwick castle we had a blanket of snow and beautiful light which made the venue even more gorgeous.
