Prestwold Hall wedding photographer

Prestwold Hall is one of the venues I have photographed a lot of weddings at and it’s a venue I never get bored with, it has the feel of a country home and you get exclusive use of it. Located in the Leicestershire countryside a short distance from Loughborough,  standing in 2500 acres of land. The long driveway passes Prestwold Church which can be used for weddings   The venue is hired out for exclusive use, civil wedding ceremonies can take place in the library or outside.

My first stop was at Rebeka and Gareth’s home in Leicester to catch up with Rebeka having her hair styled. Then it was off to Prestwold to catch Gareth arriving and getting ready.

The wedding ceremony took place was followed by drinks in the gardens. One eye was kept on the dark clouds and before too long we all rushed indoors as a thunderstorm rumbled over. After very emotional speeches the weather had improved and everyone headed back into the gardens to enjoy the evening sunshine.

The best man was a wedding photographer so a little pressure on me this week, although in the past I have had a bride and a groom who were also wedding photographers.

I had a really difficult time trying to select 20 or 30 photographs this week from Rebeka and Gareth’s wedding, so I have selected almost 60 that are my favourites, sorry if you have slow internet. So here they are, my favourite wedding images from Prestwold Hall.
