Hampton Court House wedding photographer

I’ve somewhat neglected my blog in recent months as I have been busy photographing weddings and creating beautiful wedding albums. I had a wedding enquiry for a venue I had almost forgotten about, Hampton Court House. On digging out some photographs I was reminded how lovely this venue is so I decided my first post of 2016 would be some images from when I was Nathalie and Mark’s Hampton Court House wedding photographer.

Hampton Court House is actually a school, although nothing like the school I went to.  It is described on the official wedding website as one of England’s most romantic wedding venues. It is also in my opinion one of the most photogenic, set on the corner of beautiful parkland. The house itself was built in 1757 and was designed by Thomas Wright. Now a very popular wedding venue that can cater for wedding parties of up to 150 guests.

Natural wedding photography

I photograph weddings in a natural documentary style and try not to let my presence interfere with the scene. My wedding photography tells the story of your day from getting ready to the dancing.

Nathalie and Mark’s wedding photography at Hampton Court House

I started my coverage with photographing her preparations with the bridesmaids at her parent’s house in Wandsworth, the beautiful attic room making a fantastic backdrop for my photographs. I then travelled with Nathalie and her father in the wedding car to St Anne’s church in Wandsworth for the wedding ceremony and then afterwards to the reception at Hampton Court House. It was a rather wet day so outside photography opportunities were limited. One of the things I love about wedding photography at Hampton Court House is the interior is so beautiful that even on a wet day it is easy to find fantastic photographs.
