UK wedding venues – Marquee on the lawn

Stuck looking for a wedding venue?  Some of my favourite weddings have been those with a marquee on the lawn, there is something very British about having a big tent in the garden for your wedding and it’s more relaxed and usually cheaper than booking a venue.  As the temperature in January drops below zero I look back on one of my Summer weddings.

If you think a marquee is just a big white tent think again.

This giant Tipi marquee is from World Inspired Tents (website link)  and is certainly going to be remembered by your wedding guests.
