Customer Service

Customer service is vitally important to me, when I make a purchase or hire a service I find customer service can make or break it for me, companies that go the extra mile get my business.  Customer service is what keeps my business going, around 80 percent of my weddings come from recommendations.

Some examples of when I have gone the extra mile for my clients –

Driving bridesmaids to the church after the chauffeur let them down.

Strapping baby seats into my car when the vintage wedding car didn’t have seat belts in the rear seats.

Attending the funeral of a bride who passed away shortly after her wedding and comforting the groom.

Giving lifts to guests between the church and reception.

Ironing the grooms shirt.

Calming the brides nerves.

Staying for extra time when the wedding is running late.

Changing a baby’s nappy for the bride.

Producing a wedding album in just two weeks instead of the usual six for a terminally ill bride.
